Profession, family and children should not be opposites. BINDER would like to gain as many qualified women as possible for itself and also keep them in the company after the birth of a child. For this reason, we support re-entry after a "baby break" and welcome the trend that young mothers and fathers divide this time between themselves or bridge it with part-time work.
