As a Quality Assurance Manager and QM Representative (m/f) you make sure that the BINDER brand fulfills its quality promise. You ensure superior quality in construction, production— and in supplier parts.

Your tasks:

• Expansion and maintenance of the QM system in keeping with ISO 9000 ff. and guidelines for medical products
• Expansion of the TQM systems, development of QE measures
• Management of interdisciplinary and cross-functional QM activities
• Management of the control, reporting and evaluation system
• Responsibility for certification, internal and external auditing as well as FDA inspection

Requirements:

• Graduate-level university engineering degree in mechanical engineering/electronic engineering or similar
• German Society for Quality (DGQ) training: if possible in quality technology (A) or management (B)
• Several years of career experience in the field of QA/QM
• Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers
• English, MS-Welt, good teamwork skills and strong leadership abilities
